Mississippi Delta’s own, Fran Howard Noah served as CCC DWIA’s Bookkeeper and Instructor
for 4 years and currently 14 years ongoing within Special Populations as a Student
Services Coordinator in CCC’s Division of Career and Technical Education. Noah began
her educational journey at CCC, receiving an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Sciences.
She later received a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Mississippi
and a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Her philosophy is: “Change begins and ends with me. I cannot control anything other
than myself; here in this thing called life, I must move forward consistently with
much persistence.”
